As a Network Engineer and Server Administrator at Wellness Extract located in Ambala Cantonment, you will play a crucial role in managing the network infrastructure and server administration to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting issues. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software, managing server performance, backups, and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, you will be involved in data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and security during the migration process. Implementing and maintaining network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats will also be part of your responsibilities. Providing technical support for network and server-related issues, utilizing various network and server management tools, and staying current with the latest tools and technologies to improve efficiency and security will be essential aspects of your role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CCNA or MCSE. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in network engineering and server administration, along with proven expertise in data migration from Google to Microsoft environments, will be required. To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and security, hands-on experience with server hardware and software, proficiency in network security tools and practices, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong organizational and documentation skills. Moreover, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
