As a Computer Network Technician at W Hotels, your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server systems, hardware/software, user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms. You will play a critical role in training and instructing users on the proper use and security of all systems, ensuring smooth operation. Troubleshooting technical problems related to computer hardware/software, LAN and WAN, and internet connectivity will be a key aspect of your day-to-day tasks. Additionally, you will be required to provide network communications support, offer technical guidance to users, and escalate major issues to vendors/technicians when necessary. Analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements will be essential to enhance overall system efficiency.
