Job Description

As a Network Analyst Specialist at FIS, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure network connectivity services supporting enterprise routing. Your role will involve configuring and troubleshooting routing on core and client-edge devices such as Juniper MX and Cisco ASR 4K platforms. You will also lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives, including new data center deployments, network upgrades, and migrations to modern architectures like SD-WAN. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date technical documentation, create network Visio diagrams, perform advanced routing, firewall research, and provide 24x7 support for network service continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configuring and troubleshooting routing on core and client edge devices (Juniper MX, Cisco ASR 1K, ISR 4K, etc.) - Driving large projects such as setting up new data centers or upgrading existing infrastructure - Migrating clients from legacy setups to SD-WAN or new architectures, supporting end-to-end migration activities - Maintaining standard technical documentation and creating Visio diagrams for core and client connectivity - Implementing routing and firewall rules for new client applications or branch additions - Handling individual projects and ensuring completion as per SLA - Providing 24x7 support for network service delivery efficiently and effectively **Qualifications Required:** - 9 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise WAN - Professional certificate: CCNP (R&S) or CCNP (SP) is a must, Good to have Juniper Routing or security - In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of network protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP) - Expert knowledge of VPN tunneling protocols such as IPSEC (IKEv1 and IKEv2), GRE, DMVPN, and Flex VPN - Good understanding of WAN technologies (MPLS) - Knowledge of Nexus platform and Load Balancer (F5, Citrix) - Understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, JUNOS, NX-OS, IOS-XE) - Knowledge in configuring Netflow, SNMP, and Tacacs concepts - Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently - Network automation using Ansible, AWX, Python - Experience in troubleshooting network traffic flow, packet analysis/capture, and monitoring - Flexibility to work in night shifts or weekends as business demands - Good communication skills to work with clients across US/EMEA/APAC At FIS, you can expect a competitive salary and a fantastic range of benefits designed to support your everyday life and wellbeing.
