Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for network-related issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime. - Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls, Aruba network devices, and ClearPass NAC systems. - Monitor the global LAN and WAN infrastructure. - Collaborate with the external SD WAN provider to resolve WAN line outages. - Troubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issues, as well as connectivity, performance, and configuration issues. - Work closely with international teams, particularly in Singapore and the German HQ. - Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in network administration and support. - Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewall configuration and management, Aruba switches, wireless infrastructure, and ClearPass NAC, as well as Zscaler cloud security platform. - Knowledge of Cisco routers (not mandatory), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols. - Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and support cases with minimal supervision. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience working in a multinational team environment.
