As a key member of the team at Kitchens@, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our infrastructure remains robust, secure, and efficient to support our mission of simplifying food entrepreneurship. Your expertise in system and network administration will be instrumental in driving our growth and success in the dynamic food tech industry. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining our infrastructure strategy and planning, recommending and implementing upgrades for performance and security, and managing infrastructure budgets and cost optimization initiatives. You will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS systems, as well as enterprise applications, virtualization platforms, and cloud integrations. Ensuring regular backups, disaster recovery, and failover testing will be essential aspects of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and hybrid cloud networks, administering network devices, and ensuring network uptime, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution. Your expertise in Mac OS management will be crucial as you oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Mac OS devices in a mixed-OS environment, implement security controls, and provide technical guidance for compatibility and troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will be tasked with implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures, conducting security audits and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant IT policies and regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Masters preferred), along with 8+ years of experience in system and network administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
