# Free Post Designation: Network Admin Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ years of experience Qualification: B.sc, BCA, MCA, B.E, B. Tech, Diploma Certifications: CCNA / CCNP or equivalent is required Roles and Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud networks Monitor and manage daily network operations and wireless infrastructure Configure/troubleshoot DC LAN, WAN, IPsec tunnels, and routing protocols Basic firewall knowledge (NAT/PAT, policies, IPsec overlay/underlay) Performance monitoring, audits, and capacity planning Work with Cisco, Nexus, Dell, Ruckus, HP/Aruba devices Implement security best practices and access control policies Use ticketing tools (SolarWinds, ServiceNow, etc.) for alerts and SLA compliance Handle escalations, RCA, vendor coordination, and change management Create technical documentation, diagrams (Visio), and regular reports Automate tasks and mentor junior engineers Suggest improvements to performance, capacity, and scalability Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
