Network Access Control Admin

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service. Your role will involve the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management. You will also be integrating Networking devices with Enterprise Manager, troubleshooting endpoints as per defined ACL, configuring counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager, onboarding new networking devices into Enterprise manager, creating SOPs & KBs, and ensuring performance management & reporting. ITIL & ITSM knowledge will be essential in your role to deliver agreed KPIs and ensure 100% compliance to endpoints. Additionally, you will be responsible for firmware upgrade of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager, as well as identifying non-compliant systems from Forescout NAC reports.
