Network Access Control Admin

As a Network Access Control Admin with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for the NAC Management Service. Your role will involve designing, planning, implementing, and managing NAC setups. You will integrate networking devices with Enterprise Manager such as routers, switches, and access points. Troubleshooting endpoints based on defined ACL rules will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will configure counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager, onboard new networking devices into Enterprise Manager, create SOPs & KBs, and possess strong troubleshooting knowledge. Performance management & reporting, as well as familiarity with ITIL & ITSM practices, will be essential. You will be expected to deliver agreed KPIs and ensure 100% compliance to endpoints. Firmware upgrades of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager, along with identifying non-compliant systems from Forescout NAC reports, will also be part of your role.
