Network Access Control Admin

As a Network Access Control Admin, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for the NAC Management Service. Your role will involve the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management. You will also integrate Networking devices with Enterprise Manager such as Routers, Switches, and Access points. Troubleshooting endpoints as per defined Access Control Lists (ACL) and configuring counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager will be part of your duties. Onboarding new networking devices into Enterprise manager, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Knowledge Bases (KBs), troubleshooting knowledge, performance management & reporting, ITIL & ITSM knowledge, and delivering agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with 100% compliance to endpoints will also be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for firmware upgrades of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager, as well as identifying non-compliant systems from Forescout NAC reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service - Design, plan, implement, and operate NAC setups and management - Integrate Networking devices with Enterprise Manager (Routers, Switches, Access points etc) - Troubleshoot endpoints as per defined ACL - Configure counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager - Onboard new networking devices into Enterprise manager - Create SOPs & KBs - Performance Management & Reporting - Ensure compliance with ITIL & ITSM practices - Deliver agreed KPIs and maintain 100% compliance to endpoints - Conduct firmware upgrades of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager - Identify non-compliant systems from Forescout NAC reports **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience of 6 to 8 years - Proficiency in Forescout NAC, Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Checkpoint - Knowledge of screening processes, technical rounds, and final HR rounds Please note that the hiring process for this position includes Screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.,
