Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Office 365 Suite, Intune, and SharePoint, along with a foundational understanding of networking principles and IT infrastructure. You will support daily operations, assist in network administration, and help ensure the smooth performance of collaboration tools across the organization. The candidate will work in the European time zone, collaborating with a global team and reporting to a manager in North America. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the organization's Office 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.

• Manage and troubleshoot device policies, compliance, and configuration through Microsoft Intune.

• Provide support and maintenance for SharePoint, including user access, site creation, and document management.

• Assist in basic network monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes.

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for network and system issues.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–2 years of experience in a Network Engineer, IT Support, or Systems Administration role.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Office 365 Suite (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)

• Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance policies)

• SharePoint

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).

• Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
