As a SAP BASIS Administrator, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive SAP BASIS administration duties across various SAP systems. Your role will involve leading and supporting end-to-end full lifecycle SAP implementations, starting from Blueprint/Explore phase up to Go-Live. You will utilize SAP Service Marketplace proficiently for incident handling, note research, and release analysis. Additionally, you will be executing System Refresh and Copy activities specifically with HANA DB. Your expertise will be demonstrated through SAP ECC SPS, EHP, and NetWeaver upgrades using the SUM Tool, as well as deep experience in SAP HANA, including installation, migrations, and upgrades. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing HANA High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, HANA Security administration, and configuring HANA Backup & Recovery strategies/tools. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Administration, SAP Fiori, BO (BusinessObjects), and BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) environments will be part of your daily tasks. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will conduct Technical Audit/Review execution and support audit closure, perform EWA (EarlyWatch Alert) analysis, and implement recommended actions for system optimization. Maintaining awareness of SOX Compliance practices related to SAP systems and being familiar with standard Incident & Change Management tools/methodologies are essential aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, end-to-end full lifecycle SAP implementation experience, proficiency in using SAP Service Marketplace, strong OS knowledge in Linux & Windows environments, familiarity with SAP Security & Authorizations, and immediate availability to join the team.
