Required Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related discipline or equivalent experience required; Minimum 4-10 years of SAP BASIS Administration Required Skill Set Need to have Nice to have To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Job Description / Responsibilities Support troubleshooting, resolving SAP BASIS related issues SAP ECC/SCM/BI/,B4 HANA and S4 HANA Applications. Follow and maintain procedures and manage technologies and tasks based on "best practice" standards for tasks such as such as system refreshes, backup & recovery, error detection, SAPGUI deployment, background job monitoring/scheduling and Disaster Recovery Procedures. Evaluate, install and test Support packs and Kernel upgrades Resolves application outages, implement corrective and preventative actions Performance tuning/troubleshooting systems and application issues Maintain system integrity and maximize uptime System refresh and Client copy Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration Work with operations teams and functional teams to ensure successful project implementations Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs Managed systems/ EWA/Alert configuration in Solution Manager Coordinate/Manage on call support.
