About the Role You will manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver meaningful insights to leadership. This role offers high ownership and the chance to work across multiple new ventures, influencing decision-making and ensuring financial discipline in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings. Key Responsibilities Oversee AP/AR cycles, vendor payments, and reconciliations across multiple ventures. Prepare monthly close, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with auditors and consultants for smooth audit processes. Streamline finance operations with process improvements and system enhancements. Advise venture leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Support due diligence and fundraising processes with accurate financial data. Qualifications Education: B.Com/M.Com or semi-qualified CA/CMA (Tier 1 institutions preferred). Experience: 3–5 years in operational finance, preferably from Big 4, Tier 1 corporates, or top startups. Skills: Tally, Zoho Books, Excel (advanced), financial modelling, NetSuite experience desirable . Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable to a venture-driven environment.
