1. JOB PURPOSE Ocugen Inc, is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting. This role will play a key role in various elements of the Companys SEC Reporting/Technical Accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP accounting principles, and requirements of financial statements and related disclosures, along with the ability to effectively research accounting topics.
