NetSuite ERP Business Analyst Finance and Inventory

As a NetSuite ERP Business Analyst focusing on Finance and Inventory for a US top Auto Inspection company, your role will involve working closely with the Accounting, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to implement new solutions in NetSuite. Your responsibilities will include: - Capturing business process requirements from stakeholders. - Translating requirements into effective NetSuite configurations. - Configuring NetSuite capabilities to meet the business requirements. - Training key users on new system configurations. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or ERP Architect. - Finance and accounting background. - Avalara tax calculation experience. - Strong understanding of Inventory and MRP concepts. - Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. - Excellent problem-solving skills, project management skills, and attention to detail. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, and ERP Consultant certifications are a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Mapping and Understanding Business Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. - Streamlining Operations: Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency using NetSuite capabilities. - ERP System Configuration: Design functions and workflows to translate business requirements into ERP solutions. Ensure integrations with other applications to support business operations. - Project Management: Manage resources to meet implementation deadlines. - Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite system through regular audits and data management. - Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems to ensure smooth operation. - Creating Documentation: Write functional test plans, user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other documentation to support system use and maintenance.
