Job Description (JD) for a NetSuite Administrator with immediate availability, focusing on L1/L2 issue resolution and functional support. Location: Pune Only. Availability: Immediate Experience Level: 6-10 Work Mode : Hybrid Job Type : FTE Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 and L2 support for NetSuite users, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution. Manage NetSuite functionality across modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and CRM. NetSuite Functional consultants with working experience on modules Finance Purchase Sales ARM Monitor system performance, user access, and data integrity. Handle user provisioning , role management, and permissions. Create and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards , and workflows. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues (L3). Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or customizations. Document support activities, resolutions, and system changes. Required Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite administration and configuration . Experience with issue management , case tracking, and resolution workflows. Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, CSV imports , and custom records. Basic knowledge of SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
