Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong knowledge of LAN/WLAN troubleshooting, IP systems, and hardware fundamentals . The role involves supporting IT infrastructure, maintaining networks, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, servers, and networking devices. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN, IP, and hardware issues . Install, configure, and update systems and applications . Manage and troubleshoot switches, routers, hubs, and servers . Support and maintain optical fiber connectivity . Document issues and provide timely resolutions. Requirements Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field . Hands-on knowledge of networking, hardware, and system updates . Strong understanding of switches, routers, hubs, and fiber optics . Good communication and problem-solving skills.
