Role Summary As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with senior managers to identify new business opportunities, support channel partner relationships, and assist in closing deals. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation Conduct preliminary research on potential markets, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. Develop target lists for outreach, focusing on large enterprises, government sectors, and high-growth verticals. Gather competitor insights to help refine go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Partner & Customer Outreach Assist in reaching out to potential channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators) and large organizations. Schedule introductory calls and presentations, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups. Coordinate meetings and maintain a calendar of business development activities. Sales Support & Proposal Preparation Collaborate with senior managers to create compelling sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials. Assist in preparing product demos, proof-of-concept outlines, and client-facing documents. Track proposal statuses, gather client feedback, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Relationship Building & Client Engagement Support ongoing communication with existing clients and partners to strengthen relationships. Participate in client calls, note key discussion points, and assist in follow-up actions. Represent Anexgate alongside senior team members at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Deal Coordination & Reporting Work under guidance to help move deals through various stages—research, pitch, negotiation, and closure. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and partner information, deal statuses, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
