The role requires expertise in Cisco networking, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure high performance, security, and reliability of IT networks. Key Responsibilities: Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto). Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and VoIP connectivity issues. Implement network security measures , including firewall rules and intrusion detection systems . Conduct performance tuning and optimization for better efficiency. Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with security policies . Work closely with IT security teams to prevent cyber threats.
