Familiarity with MPLS & WAN communication technology like Internet VPN, SSL VPN. Good knowledge and hands-on experience with routing and switching. Router, Switch, and IP configuration experience. Working knowledge on Load balancer and WAN optimization- Riverbed Knowledge of Load Balancer, WAN Optimizer and security devices is an additional advantage. Familiarity with ITIL Framework concepts such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Flexibility for long working hours and readiness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts and weekends. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels. Roles and Responsibilities: Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues. Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best-practices. Trouble ticket updates and administration throughout the life of the ticket Customer update through issue resolution for Escalated Issues Make data driven decisions. Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting. Excellent in doing a RCA for customer network problems. Ensure SLA adherence and productivity. Contribute to MoMs, Shift Handovers, Daily shift summary reports and training documents Responsible to coach and mentor associates on new process changes/updates Proficient in customer and stakeholders management. Develop reports and dashboards for effective ticket management and KPI/SLA tracking/measurement.
