About the job: The guest relationship executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves welcoming guests, handling inquiries, managing memberships, and providing support to enhance overall satisfaction at the sports facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. 2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to memberships, facilities, and schedules. 3. Provide detailed information about sports programs, coaching sessions, pricing, and promotions. 4. Assist in new member onboarding, including registration, documentation, and payment processing. 5. Coordinate with coaches and the operations team to schedule training sessions and events. 6. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and ensure quick resolution. 7. Maintain accurate records of guests, memberships, and payments in the system. 8. Promote upcoming events, offers, and tournaments to members. 9. Ensure the reception and lounge areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. 10. Collect feedback from guests and share it with the management for service improvements. Working conditions: 1. Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings. 2. Requires standing for long hours and interacting with guests continuously. Note: Salary: 20-25k. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field. 2. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sports facility front desk operations.
