Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients via email and phone. Perform basic to advanced troubleshooting for network issues. Ensure uptime of client projects under management/monitoring. Create, update, and close tickets in the CRM system within SLA timelines; escalate as per the defined escalation matrix. Prepare daily shift reports detailing issues handled and escalations. Interact with global clients professionally through phone and email. Support project teams with commissioning of new customers and implementing change requests. Adhere to shift schedules, escalation procedures, and handover processes. Maintain clear documentation of all network issues and resolutions. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in network protocols (LAN/WAN) such as HSRP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, and BGP. Working knowledge of MPLS. Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewall devices. Understanding of firewall configuration and network operations. Experience in a Data Center environment preferred. Familiarity with trouble ticketing and escalation processes. Location-Delhi, UP, West Bengal, Punjab UG: Any Graduate (Any Specialization) PG: Any Postgraduate (B.Tech preferred) Certifications: CCNA/CCNP preferred.
