Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma. Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design consistency and implementation accuracy. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, design best practices, and Figma features. Required Skills & Qualifications 12 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field. Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and collaboration tools. Understanding of responsive design, typography, and color theory. Basic knowledge of user experience principles and design thinking process. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop. Familiarity with frontend frameworks (HTML, CSS, or React understanding is a plus). Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions. Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or mobile app design.
