Your role will involve understanding and reviewing business requirements, high-level designs, and low-level designs. You will be responsible for preparing provisioning procedures, MoP (Migration, Upgrade, etc.) and Configuration templates for production trials and service implementation, ensuring smooth rollouts in production by testing them in the lab. Solution delivery into lab, preproduction, and production environments will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with handing over operations. You will own respective platforms throughout their lifecycle, covering commissioning, maintenance, and retirement. Having a high-level detailed knowledge of hardware and software will enable you to consult on feature availability and performance with test engineers, design engineers, and vendors. Automation of day-to-day implementation procedures using NETCONF-YANG models and Python will also be part of your tasks. You must possess Nokia NRS2 certification or equivalent industry experience, along with strong hands-on experience of Nokia 7750 platforms. Knowledge in IP networking and Routing/Switching including MPLS, LDP, ISIS, MP-BGP, VPN Services (VPLS, VPRN), QoS, EVPN, and debugging/mirroring services is essential. Familiarity with firewalls, Spine and Leaf architecture, VxLAN would be advantageous. In terms of grade-specific focus, the role will emphasize Industrial Operations Engineering, where you will develop competency in your area of expertise. You will be expected to share your expertise, provide guidance and support to others, interpret clients" needs, and complete your role independently or with minimal supervision. Identifying and solving problems in straightforward situations, contributing to teamwork, and customer interactions will also be part of your responsibilities.
