Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and QualificationConduct research to identify potential clients.Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social media.2. Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.Manage and update customer and lead data to ensure a strong sales pipeline.3. Collaboration with Sales and MarketingWork closely with the sales team to develop strategies and increase lead- to-sale conversion rates.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation tactics and target relevant client profiles.4. Product Knowledge and PositioningDevelop a strong understanding of Netcons products and services.Position Netcons offerings as solutions to prospective customers' needs.5. Client Relationship BuildingEstablish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.Serve as a point of contact to handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): KRA 1: Lead Generation and QualificationKPI 1: Number of qualified leads generated monthlyKPI 2: Conversion rate from lead to opportunityKRA 2: Pipeline Management and CRM AccuracyKPI 1: Percentage of accurate CRM entriesKPI 2: Consistency in pipeline updates (frequency and accuracy of data)KRA 3: Sales Target AchievementKPI 1: Monthly/Quarterly revenue contributionKPI 2: Percentage of quota attainmentKRA 4: Customer Engagement and Relationship BuildingKPI 1: Number of customer interactions per week/monthKPI 2: Customer satisfaction score or feedback from initial interactions KRA 5: Collaboration with Marketing and Sales TeamsKPI 1: Number of campaigns executed and the resultant lead volumeKPI 2: Feedback from sales team on the quality of leads generatedKRA 6: Product Knowledge and Solution SellingKPI 1: Number of product training sessions completed per quarterKPI 2: Percentage of successful product presentations or demos leading to customer interest Key Skills:1. Sales and Persuasion SkillsAbility to pitch products or services effectively.Strong closing techniques and objection-handling abilities.Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies.2. Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication. (with no MTI)Active listening to understand customer needs. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.3. Technical ProficiencyProficient in CRM tools like Zoho.Comfortable using email marketing tools and sales analytics platforms.Knowledge of video conferencing and online presentation tools.4. Product KnowledgeDeep understanding of the company's products/services.Ability to communicate technical details in simple terms.5. Customer ManagementStrong customer service orientation.Skill in managing follow-ups and nurturing leads.Capability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills6.
