Job Description

Role & responsibilities Should be able to work independently with analysis of production issue/troubleshooting. Able to work independently in rotational shifts. Understanding business functionality of the application Provide clarifications on bridge calls for critical incidents. On time delivery as per agreed ETAs Ensure quality of deliverables Demonstrate good spoken, written and prompt communication. Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for implementation. Experience on working in Production Support would be value add. Experience on IOT/Connected Cars would be a value add. Experience on Production Support and interacting with Customer would be value add. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
