Job Description

Curriculum Development: Designing, developing, and updating training materials, including presentations, exercises, and manuals, to reflect industry trends and best practices. Training Delivery: Conducting interactive and engaging training sessions for learners of varying skill levels, providing practical examples and real-world scenarios. Hands-on Guidance: Assisting trainees with coding challenges, debugging issues, and fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluating learner progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve skills. Stay Current: Keeping abreast of the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective. Collaboration: Working with department heads, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand training needs and enhance the overall training program. Documentation: Maintaining records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement. Additional Skills and Requirements: Strong Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other .NET technologies. Excellent Communication and Teaching Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Passion for Teaching and Technology: A genuine interest in helping others learn and develop their skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assist learners in resolving technical challenges and debugging issues.
