Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
Provide guidance on best practices, architecture, and design patterns.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and project timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and performance benchmarks are met.
Manage resource allocation and team performance to ensure project success.
Architect and develop scalable, robust, and secure applications using:
.NET
technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core)
Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential for current and future projects.
Optimize processes to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical insights.
Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
