.Net Support Engineer

As an experienced software developer with 5-8 years of experience in various software development and maintenance roles, you will be responsible for working on .Net projects under an Agile/Scrum methodology. You should have proven expertise in the following technologies: ASP.Net, MVC.Net, C#, Web API, JQuery, Javascript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, GIT, SQL Server, and ETL/ELT. It would be beneficial to have experience with Ticket System (e.g., Ex Service Now) and Azure pipeline and services. Your key responsibilities will include providing daily development for user stories and tickets, gaining expertise on applications, offering technical and operational support, meeting with clients virtually as needed, documenting throughout the software development life cycle, participating in requirements analysis, writing clean and scalable code using .NET programming languages, refactoring, debugging, testing, and deploying applications. You will be expected to develop according to best practices and industry standards, provide post-implementation and production support, possess knowledge of IT Service Management tools like Service Now, and have experience in Azure DevOps. Proficiency in SQL Server, advance PL/SQL, stored procedures, peer reviews, code reviews, source control (e.g., GIT), Agile methodologies, enterprise frameworks, release procedures, development environments, communication with business users, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and effective communication are essential for this role.,
