Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
SharePoint Expertise: 5 to 7+ years of Sharepoint development experience preferably using 2016, 2019 an SPSE editionsProgramming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Frameworks: Preferably exposure from .NET 1.0 and higher versions upto .NET 4.5+Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL Server, as it supports SharePoint databases.Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience: Experience in developing and supporting enterprise-level SharePoint applications.Leadership: Experience leading a team of 3 to 4 developers and 3 to 4 QA resourcesJob responsibilitiesSkills and Qualifications:
- Lead a team of 4 sharepoint developers and 3 qa to support & enhance custom built sharepoint applications for business users
- 50% team lead and teach lead responsibiliteis and 50% hands on sharepoint development along with helping the team members
- Ability to understand client requirements, expectations and dynamically changing priorities to make sure expectations are met
- Ability to maintain team morale high, motivate team members to work productively and increase their skills
- Ability to coach and mentor all team members for excellent performance and grow their career in both hard and soft skills
- Ability to talk to client and understand the roadmap on product with latest sharepoint technologies
