Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with deep development expertise in C# and .NET Framework 4.8. This role demands a strong hands-on approach to Design/Design/Developing in Windows applications. The candidate should be able to deliver high-quality solutions, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.
Required: 10+ Years
Hands-on expertise in development in C# and .NET Framework 4.8
Proven experience with WinForms application development.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Infragistics controls for UI-rich desktop applications.
Proficiency in Active Reports for building dynamic and complex reporting solutions.
Solid understanding of SQL Server including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with US based team/client
