Job Title: .NET REST API Developer Location: Coimbatore Experience: 48 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET REST API Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building robust RESTful APIs using the .NET ecosystem. Familiarity with modern frontend or cross-platform frameworks like MAUI and Blazor is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6+ . Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate services. Implement security and data protection best practices in APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and API performance. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Document API designs and workflows clearly. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in .NET Core / .NET 6+ application development. Proficiency in C# and REST API architecture and design. Experience with Entity Framework Core , LINQ , and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Understanding of JWT , API security, versioning, and error handling. Familiarity with source control tools like Git . Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) for cross-platform mobile/desktop development. Experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly). Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker). Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in .NET-based application development.
