.NET Senior Developer

As a .NET Senior Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing technology solutions. You will work closely with a creative team to ensure the software development lifecycle is efficient and effective. **Responsibilities:** - Participate in cross-functional projects to develop new and enhance existing technology solutions. - Develop and test new products while refining existing ones. - Troubleshoot and resolve current software issues to ensure smooth system operations. - Promote and implement best development practices. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and T-SQL coding. - Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts. - Understanding of modern HTML site development and client-side technologies like JavaScript and jQuery. - Knowledge of the .NET Framework, advanced .NET concepts, and managed code philosophies. - Familiarity with MVC and WCF is advantageous. - Experience in building, managing, and deploying applications on Windows Server 2008, IIS 7.0. - Proficiency in SQL Server 2005 and above database management. - Skill in the entire product lifecycle, from requirements development to delivery. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Collaborative development approach with both technical and non-technical team members. - Passion for software engineering and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Education Qualification:** - B.E / MCA / MSC or equivalent experience. - Track record of successfully initiating and completing development projects across all phases. - Continuous learning and improvement in software development practices.
