Experienced ERP Functional Testing

You are an Experienced ERP Functional Testing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP Product Software Testing. As an ERP Product Software Test Engineer, you are a skilled and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic. You possess natural problem-solving abilities, advanced communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Your positive can-do attitude and passion for Testing are key assets in this role. Your main responsibilities include analyzing requirements, preparing and reviewing test cases, executing test plans, and performing defect logging and verification for ERP products. It is essential that you have a good understanding of ERP-based concepts to excel in this position. Responsibilities: - Design and execute test plans and test cases on computer applications. - Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, utilizing the latest techniques in test automation such as data-driven testing. - Develop and maintain automated test suites for various software applications using risk-driven techniques. - Collaborate with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects. - Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used. - Record and document results, compare them to expected outcomes, and detect software failures. - Maintain a database of software defects and examine code execution in different environments. - Verify specific actions or functions of the code and operate and maintain test networks. - Provide application instructions for users and develop application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications. - Create error handling procedures for application code, ensure compliance with programming best practices, accepted web standards, and perform application security audits. - Implement application designs, create queries, scripts, web pages, and ensure data integrity standards are met. - Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.
