As an Experienced ERP Functional Testing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans and test cases on computer applications, selecting and developing appropriate test automation tools, and working with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs, and Drivers. Your role will involve ensuring proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used, recording and documenting results, and comparing them to expected results. You will also be responsible for detecting software failures, maintaining a database of software defects, and verifying specific actions or functions of the code. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute test plans and test cases on computer applications. - Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation. - Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs, and Drivers. - Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used. - Record and document results and compare to expected results. - Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected. - Maintain a database of software defects. - Verify specific actions or functions of the code. - Ensure data integrity standards are met. - Perform application security audits. - Implement application designs and create queries, scripts, web pages, and other deliverables. - Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections. Qualification Required: - B.Tech/B.E (Any graduate) - 3-5 years of experience - Proficiency in ERP product testing - Analytical skills and ability to see the big picture - Organizational skills - Sense of responsibility - Self-sufficiency and resourcefulness - Aptitude for teamwork Please note that the company details were not included in the provided job description.
