Key Responsibilities: Develop Digital Marketing Strategy :Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support the overall business objectives and improve online presence, traffic, and conversions. Lead Generation & SEO :Drive SEO efforts and optimize lead generation strategies through organic and paid channels (SEO, PPC, display advertising, email marketing). Oversee Website Performance & Optimization :Manage website content, design, and performance to ensure the best user experience and high conversion rates. Social Media & Online Presence :Develop and manage social media strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and driving audience engagement. Campaign Management :Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-executed and aligned with business goals. Email Marketing & CRM :Lead email marketing efforts, including campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Work closely with the CRM team to drive customer retention and loyalty. Analytics & Reporting :Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) to measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Budget & Vendor Management :Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective. Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution. Team Leadership :Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Stay Current :Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of SEO , SMO , PPC , email marketing , and lead generation strategies. Hands-on experience with Google AdWords , social media platforms , and email campaigns . Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics , Net Insight , Web Trends ). Ability to manage budgets , coordinate with external agencies , and measure ROI. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to improve marketing performance. Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
