Role & responsibilities

Position : Associate Tech Specialist - Microsoft Full Stack

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and deliver high-quality SaaS applications that solve complex business challenges. Youll work across the stack using C#, .NET, React.js, and modern AWS cloud services — collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams in an agile, high-performing environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who loves solving problems end-to-end — from clean front-end design to scalable, performant back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to design and implement scalable software solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Develop, test, and deploy secure and reliable applications using C#, .NET, and React.js.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations between front-end and back-end systems.
• Apply best practices in software design, code quality, and architecture to ensure maintainability and performance.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing accuracy, and code quality.
• Contribute to code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and participate in knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
• Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure smooth, automated delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with AWS infrastructure (e.g., EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB) to deploy and manage cloud-based applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive technical excellence.

Background & Skills

• 6–10 years of professional experience in software development, with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and React.js.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservice architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted coding tools and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
