.NET Full Stack Technical Lead

As a Tech Lead with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a team to translate designs into process/program specifications. Your role will involve conducting code reviews, walkthroughs, and testing of programs to ensure the quality of deliverables meets the requirements and adheres to defined processes. You will maintain close communication with TPM and other Technical Leads to ensure consistency of design and integration of modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and leading requirement gathering from clients and documenting the requirements - Analyzing the requirements and developing module technical design specifications - Ensuring alignment of technical design to the overall architecture defined - Delivering quality outputs based on defined processes and taking corrective actions when necessary - Developing timelines for tasks in alignment with the schedule of the overall project - Preparing/reviewing project documents and deliverables to ensure they meet schedules - Assisting project managers in preparing implementation and data migration checklists - Ensuring the configuration checklists/release checklists are complete and comprehensive - Assessing service request/enhancement feasibility, effort, schedule, and risk plan - Identifying and escalating risks to a higher level to mitigate the impact on project delivery In addition to technical skills such as .NET Core, you may also be required to have additional technical skills in Node.js, Angular typescript, React.js, or Azure. Your soft skills in managerial skills, communication, presentation, client relationship, analytical, logical skills, and team management will be essential in this role.
