Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for both software development and providing production support for .NET-based applications. This includes issue troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident resolution, and working with existing codebases built on .NET and C#. You must have strong development experience using .NET Framework and C#, along with familiarity with Windows Server administration and Microsoft SQL Server. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and support .NET-based applications - Provide production support including incident analysis, issue resolution, and monitoring - Quickly understand and work with existing codebases - Troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Learn and take ownership of legacy systems and their maintenance Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development and support - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to work on development tasks as well as handle production support responsibilities Additional Company Details: The work schedule for this role requires a shift time from 6 PM to 3 AM. Support work, such as post-deployment monitoring and issue handling, can be done remotely after 9 PM, allowing flexibility for night-time production support from home.
