.Net Developer - C/Azure

As a .Net Developer with experience in Legacy tool migration to Azure Cloud, you will be responsible for leading and participating in the design, development, and migration of .NET applications from on-premises infrastructure to Azure Cloud. Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-level applications using ASP .NET, .NET Core, C#, and other .NET technologies. Additionally, you will architect scalable and efficient cloud solutions using Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), among others. You will be expected to perform end-to-end application migration, including refactoring, re-platforming, and re-architecting for cloud compatibility. Your strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including containers (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless architecture, and microservices, will be essential in optimizing existing applications for cloud performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Conducting performance tuning and optimization of .NET applications on the Azure platform will be crucial, along with documenting technical processes, architecture, and design solutions for migrated applications. Staying up to date with the latest Azure services, cloud technologies, and .NET development trends will also be expected. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8-12 years of experience in .NET development. You must possess strong knowledge of ASP .NET, .NET Core, C#, and MVC, as well as proven experience with Azure Cloud services like Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, is also required. Experience with database migration to Azure SQL or other cloud-native databases, familiarity with Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM), security best practices, and networking in Azure, and strong problem-solving skills are important for this role. Excellent communication and teamwork skills will also be necessary to collaborate effectively with various teams.
