The position of Senior Automation Engineer at QualityKiosk Technologies Private Limited in Gurugram involves taking responsibility for the implementation of the Automation Test Framework. As a Senior Automation Engineer, your role will include designing, developing, and executing releases for the project in accordance with the development approach set by the technical lead and test manager. To qualify for this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in development with multiple automation frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as Core Java (8+), VB Script, .Net basics, JavaScript, and Groovy is essential. You should also have in-depth knowledge of tools like Selenium Web Driver, Appium, UI Path, SQL, and Rest Assured for API testing, with Playwright and JS being optional. Your key responsibilities and deliverables will include building, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions and frameworks. You will support the development of automation strategies and ensure a balanced ratio of API, Mobile, and GUI tests. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and automating test data, test harnesses, and mocks to facilitate API and GUI testing. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be expected to code automation test scripts and cases, as well as develop reusable assets. Experience in DevOps, automated deployments, Jenkins pipelines, and containerization is desirable. You will also collaborate with developers to embed quality into product development by participating in code and design reviews. Moreover, you will be required to ensure that automation code, frameworks, and test harnesses meet current requirements and coding standards. It is crucial to maintain both new and existing automated tests and implement automation best practices across projects. Monitoring changes that occur post-feedback implementation is also part of your responsibilities in this role.,
