Role Overview: You will be a Sr. .NET developer with 7-9 years of experience, responsible for software design & development using Microsoft technologies like C, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL server, WCF, and RESTful. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide support in the delivery process. Your role will involve working with industry coding practices, management tools like JIRA Agile and Confluence, and communication skills for effective team collaboration. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on AWS, Financial Domain, Payment Gateways, and harnessing tools like Jenkins. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, building, and maintaining enterprise web applications and APIs with significant backend experience - Collaborating with product and account support personnel to prioritize solutions - Architecting systems for high reliability and ease of use - Communicating technical concepts effectively within and across teams - Working in cross-functional teams to build end-to-end features - Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in work - Identifying ambiguities in specifications and following best coding practices - Explaining technical architecture and data flow of projects - Conducting code reviews and ensuring best coding practices are followed - Willingness to work with US clients in overlap timings Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in the .NET framework, C, ASP.NET, and related technologies - Hands-on experience in SQL Server database, including writing complex queries and stored procedures - Working knowledge of implementing best industry coding practices - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with management tools like JIRA Agile, Confluence, and source control systems - Knowledge of AWS, Financial Domain, Payment Gateways, and harnessing tools like Jenkins - Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns - Experience in multi-threading, SQL, and MicroService-based architecture - Familiarity with UI development, AWS cloud, and DevOps processes - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences - Eagerness to work in a cross-functional team and build end-to-end features About the Company: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
