Job Description

As a Senior .NET Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing applications using proven solutions and design patterns. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to influence design, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and scalable software, and managing the full software development lifecycle from analysis to testing and documentation. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and lead by example in technical excellence and delivery. Your key outcomes and responsibilities will involve interpreting and implementing application designs, optimizing application performance, developing and documenting code aligned with quality standards, and driving defect management through root cause analysis. You will also be responsible for managing module delivery, engaging in project estimation, and guiding the team on domain knowledge and technical excellence. In terms of technical skills, you must have expertise in languages and frameworks such as .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC Framework, as well as experience with UI technologies like Angular, WPF, and optional skills in Blazor. Your knowledge should extend to API & Services including RESTful Web API, Web Services, and multithreading, testing tools like XUnit and Unit Testing, and DevOps & CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket. It would be beneficial to have additional skills in AWS, SQL Kata, OAuth/JWT, and familiarity with ServiceNow. Understanding of performance tuning for large-scale applications, Azure or AWS for deployment, and experience with domain-driven design and domain certifications are also desirable. Apart from technical skills, preferred soft skills include strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English, being self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, possessing a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, and being effective in collaborative, fast-paced, and Agile environments. You should also be capable of driving discussions with stakeholders, conducting product demos, and providing team mentoring, goal setting, and performance feedback.,
