Job Summary

Technical Architect

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished technologist with deep architectural expertise, hands-on development experience, and a strong understanding of the insurance or financial services domain. The role involves defining technology strategies, guiding delivery teams, and enabling impactful digital solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and define end-to-end technical architecture and solution blueprints.
   
2. Lead technology delivery processes ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
   
3. Provide application and systems architecture expertise across multiple projects.
   
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
   
5. Provide strategic recommendations related to business process management and system integration.
   
6. Discover, analyze, and document architecture requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
   
7. Leverage emerging technologies to deliver innovative and effective designs.
   
8. Develop architecture content, transition plans, and governance models to ensure realization of solutions.
   
9. Identify technical dependencies and propose resolutions for complex integration challenges.
   
10. Guide development teams with best practices, standards, and architectural considerations.
    
11. Take ownership of overall project implementation and ensure alignment with client objectives.
    
12. Prepare architectural documentation in line with compliance and organizational guidelines.
    
13. Contribute to organizational learning, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    
14. Participate in pre-sales activities, solutioning, and estimation for modernization or new application projects.
    
15. Drive effective communication with peers, leadership, and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  

• 1220 years

  of experience as a

  Technical Architect

  or in a similar senior technical role.
• Proven experience in the

  insurance or financial services domain

  is highly desirable.
• Strong record of successfully leading large-scale architecture and transformation initiatives.
