Nestingo is hiring a Call Executive to handle inbound calls from PG seekers and guide them to book visits through our website. What You’ll Do: ● Answer incoming calls from users looking for PGs and hostels ● Understand their location and preferences ● Share details of suitable properties listed on Nestingo ● Guide them to book a visit via the Nestingo website ● Clear doubts and build trust with clarity and patience What We’re Looking For: ● Confident speaker in Hindi (basic English helpful) ● Good listener and calm communicator ● Ability to guide someone step-by-step on call ● Prior call handling or customer service experience is nice, but not necessary Job Details: Duration: 1 Month Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid Focus: Help users book property visits through our platform Pay: Rs.5000 stipend + Performance-based incentives
