Job Profile Title: Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electrical & Electronic or ENTC). Experience: 7 to 10 years experience in relevant field. Min. 03 years’ experience in project management role. Expected Job Role: Managing project schedules/timelines, problem resolution progress and customer expectations to internal and external stakeholders. Manage and resolve project risks and issues. Ensuring the project is delivered in a cost effective and timely manner meeting the required quality level. Co-ordination with internal teams for Design, Engineering, Document approvals from Customer, Document release for manufacturing, arranging inspections / FATs and deliveries. Resource Planning and allocation for execution of projects including manpower, tools & tackles Co-ordination with customer/external agencies for approvals, inspections and clearances for the entire lifecycle of the project. Project closure with final revisions of documents Technical Competencies: Hands-on experience in project management of electrical / electronic control Systems, Switchboards & Power Distribution System or Starter cum Control Systems Knowledge of PLCs, Controllers, electrical switchgear, electromechanical components, starters and VFDs, etc, is mandatory. Knowledge of various standards for components like IS, IEC, BIS, NES, Def Stan, UL, etc. Excellent analytical & inter-personal skills with proven ability in driving the project Hands-on knowledge and skills on any project related to defence domain will be an advantage Good oral & written communication skills Knowledge of Project Management tools

JOB PROFILE Designation:-Pre-sales Engineer Qualification :-B.E (Electronics)/Electrical / Power Experience:-03 to 04 years Job Role Studying the specification as per tender requirement or customer requirement and offering suitable solution with available technology in consultation with BDM. Preparation of Techno- Commercial offer based on the Tender Specifications and /or Customer Inputs Preparing system level design (high level design) in consultation with engineering design team, selection of components, preparing BOM and Costing estimates. Preparation of Technical Proposal including proposal drawings (GA drawings, Block diagrams, etc) and other technical data as per tender requirement. Preparation of drawings & Diagrams required for the Proposal. Preparation of other Compliance Documents as per tender requirement. Interaction with Engineering design, Production & Purchase and Sales team related to technical solution being offered. Interaction /Communication with Vendors for floating enquiries and getting quotations. Site visit for feasibility studies on need basis Uploading / Downloading tenders, preparation and submission of bids on online procurement portals like GeM & defence procurement portals. Support to sales team for letter / fax writing, bid preparation and submission. Maintaining enquiry register and track of bids submitted Technical competency required: Hands-on experience in system design and architecture of electronic, Electrical control and Power Electronics systems. Power Electronics product like Variable Frequency Drives, Static Frequency Converters, Soft Starters, DC/DC converters, DC/AC inverters, UPS, Battery Chargers, etc for high power applications. Main Switchboards and Electrical Distribution Systems, Power Management System (Main Switchboards, Emergency Switchboards, Power Distribution Boards and Energy distribution Centres (EDCs) Electrical Starters or Starter cum Control System including PLCs/Embedded Controllers, Starter configurations like DOL, Star – Delta, Soft Starters, VFD based starters, AC/DC customised starters for Motor & pump application.
