Job Title - Production Executive Salary Range - Budget - 25 to 35k Experience - 1 to 5 years Opening is for Sanand Plant Immediate Joiners are Preferred. Operate and monitor granulation equipment, including grinders, granulators, and associated machinery. Adjust and calibrate machinery settings to achieve desired granule size and quality. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Inspect granulated materials for consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications. Implement quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets industry standards and customer requirements. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and recycling standards. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment performance, and maintenance activities Prepare and submit reports as required by plant management. Work closely with other plant operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient plant operations. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Risk and opportunity Criteria for risk assessment reporting on the performance of the management system and on opportunities for improvement, in particular to your Reporting Manager. Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Plastics Technology. Knowledge of plastic materials (e.g., PP, HDPE, LDPE & Engineering Plastics) and processing methods. Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and lab software. JD for Quality Manager : Exposure on Plastic processing (PP,HDPE, LDPE,LLDPE)washing and granulation Minimum 8-10 year Handle hold experience on equipment's & process of Granulation and washing plant Exposure on Quality system and its implementation Aware about process mapping and different control points wrt quantity and quality Able to handle End to end in process quality from RM to FG Should be a good quality policy implementor across the plant, Lab and FG Needs to have good control on process behaviours and should have proactive approach Need to be good data interpetator and analysis Awareness on plant performance in line with projections and customer expectation Should be good task master and team man Able to handle trouble shooting as per the need. Knowledge on 8D and different QC tools will be added advantage Having good soft skills and worked on EPR and other software's Must be having good communication and writing skill.
