As a Clinical Therapy Specialist in HemoDialysis at Nipro Medical India Pvt Ltd (NMI), you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the field of renal therapy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the commissioning and demonstration of various dialysis devices and procedures, focusing on cutting-edge dialysis machines, vascular access, dialysis therapies, and digitalization initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include commissioning and implementing dialysis machines, providing comprehensive demonstrations and training on dialysis therapies and vascular access techniques to healthcare professionals, collaborating with clinical teams to develop customized therapy protocols, conducting presentations and workshops to educate staff and stakeholders on the latest advancements in dialysis technology, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in dialysis treatment and digital solutions. To excel in this role, you should be a Registered Nurse with a specialization in dialysis or nephrology nursing, have proven experience as a dialysis nurse with a strong understanding of hemodialysis procedures, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and your mother tongue, demonstrate strong presentation skills using tools like PowerPoint and Excel, be familiar with digital health solutions in dialysis care, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
