We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Female Tele caller to join our dynamic team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a graduate degree, and a minimum of 6 months of experience in tele calling sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and driving sales growth. ## Key Responsibilities - Inbound and Outbound Calling: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively reach out to potential customers to promote products/services. - Lead Generation and Sales: Identify potential leads, follow up on prospects, and achieve sales targets. - Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions. - Data Management: Accurately record call details and update customer information in CRM systems. - Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals. ## Requirements - Education: Graduate degree. - Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling sales. - Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills. - Age: 18 to 45 years. - Gender: Female candidates only. - Laptop is mandatory. ## Compensation - Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹15,000 per month. - Incentives: Up to ₹10,000. ## Skills Required - Strong Communication and Persuasion Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and influence customer decisions. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications. - Resilience and Patience: Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure. - Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
