Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits, presentations, and negotiations. This role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers to present and promote products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Generate leads and follow up through cold calling, door-to-door visits, or scheduled appointments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback. Report on market conditions and competitor activities. Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support when needed. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and workshops as required. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in field sales. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
